Please note these tips are given to you in a polite tone, thank you.

When you first register with us please check your details are 100% correct.

What you type is what is printed on the delivery parcel, so if your postcode is for example ABC 123 and you type abc123 it neither helps you or us and holds up the delivery as we have to re-type your details and check online the post code is correct.

Please double check your email address is correct when registering, we notify via email when orders have been confirmed and when shipped. If you enter the incorrect email address then we can not notify you.

10% of customers are still incorrectly entering their email address, please make sure it is correct, it is very stressful for us if we can not contact you with updates to your order!

Please do not ask us to "leave in the wheelie bin if not in" or "knock next door see if we are there if not in" we have some very odd delivery requests which we can not accept. We do not deliver your parcel the postman does so we can not give every postman worldwide personal delivery requests and your parcel must be signed for.

If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left with information where you can collect your parcel.
